The Trash Museum is a great place to tour if you're interested in learning about ways to protect the planet, starting in your own home! We also witnessed the comings and goings of trucks, front end loaders, sorting systems for single stream recycling, and awesome artwork (even sat inside it )... See for yourself!

We've added, subtracted, and made change with dollars and cents (and sense- being thoughtful consumers). We've shopped! Now we're investigating different currency used around the world- so many similarities, so many differences!
After learning about supply and demand and the free enterprise system, the 4th grade considered many ideas for possible future production... We're ready to grow the economy:)
1. Edible earrings (earrings holding a sweet treat)! 2. Rosary beads with edible beads to mark your place 3. Crop protector decoy to prevent birds from destroying farmers crops

Preparing for the Sacrament of Reconcilliation is a special time. We were so happy to visit our hardworking buddies in 2nd grade! Our mini field trip was fun- it's always great spending time together, reading, and talking about how we can 'stay connected' to God.
